Ready to send back the pieces that weren't quite right? Check below for your next steps - it can all be done from the comfort of your couch!

1. Once you have submitted your return request, we’ll send you a separate email with all of the documents you’ll need to send it back to us! Just be sure to check your junk, spam and promotions folders if you're having trouble locating the email! 

2. Please print off each of these:
- Shipping label
- Waybill doc
- Commercial invoice

3. Securely attach the shipping label to the front of your return parcel. You are welcome to use the packaging that your order arrived in, ensuring there are no previous shipping labels or addresses visible on the parcel.

4. Please keep the waybill doc and commercial invoice separate and hold onto these to hand to your DHL driver upon collection.

5. It’s now time to arrange a collection with DHL! Simply head here and click ‘Schedule a Pickup’ 

6. You will be prompted to enter your waybill number, which you can find on your shipping label. Then simply follow the instructions to enter your address details and arrange a time for the delivery driver to come to your house and collect the parcel.

7. Once we have received and processed your return back at our warehouse, we will let you know via email! Voila!
