FAQ's

• What are the perks? +

  You’ll earn points every time you shop, then you can turn your points into vouchers to use on orders, plus redeem exclusive rewards and perks as you upgrade your club status.
  The perks vary between each tier. We recommend checking out the different perks for each tier here on our Rewards Page.

• How do I join Club Monterosso? +

  If you have a VRG GRL account, you are already in!
  Want to join? You can create an account here and Join Club Monterosso now.

• How do I earn points? +

  You earn points each time you shop with us! You’ll earn 1 point for every $1AUD you spend, and earn bonus points on your birthday.
  As you move through the tiers, you’ll unlock new ways to earn rewards.

• How do I know how many points I have? +

  Your points can be viewed on your Account Page or on our Rewards Page. If you are eligible to redeem your points for a reward this will usually be available to view at checkout.

• I can’t see the points from my recent purchase in my account. Where are they? +

  Your points will be available in your account 30 days after you’ve made a purchase. Please note, you will not be eligible to receive points for any items that have been returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Do my points expire?+

  Yes, points can expire.
  If you have been active and placed an order within the last year, your points will remain in your account - ready to be redeemed for rewards.
  However, if you have not placed an order within the past year, your points will be set to expire within 365 days after the points were originally earned. If you are subscribed to our emails, we will usually send you a reminder if your points are set to expire!

• When does my tier level expire?+

  Tier levels are based on a set annual spend as outlined on our Rewards Page. The annual spend amount is not calculated based on the calendar year. Annual spend is based on a dynamic 12-month period which starts when you first reached a certain tier.

• Do my previous orders count for points? +

  Club Monterosso points aren’t available to be claimed from orders prior to the launch of the rewards program (September 2023).
  However, if you’ve purchased recently and have only just signed up to the Club - your previous orders will usually count towards your points balance, provided you use the same email address.

• Is there a minimum spend for using my rewards? +

  Minimum spends do apply when redeeming vouchers.
  A $150AUD minimum applies for $10AUD, $20AUD and $30AUD vouchers, and a $200AUD minimum applies for vouchers of $50AUD and $100AUD. Minimum order values exclude the cost of shipping.

• Do vouchers expire?+

  Yes, vouchers created from points will expire 3 months after being generated.

• I am part of the club, why didn’t I receive my birthday reward?+

  We are only able to pass on birthday rewards to members who have supplied their date of birth.
  To check if you have supplied your birthday, please login to your account , head to our Rewards Page and click on the ‘100 points birthday’ icon. If this is empty, add your birth date to receive your birthday points in the future!
  Please note, if your birthday is within 30 days from the date you enter this information, your reward will be granted in delay. Please allow up to 30 days.

• I accidentally put in the wrong date of birth, can I update this? +

  Please contact our Customer Success team with your correct date of birth and we can update this for you. Please note, we are only able to update the day and month field - the year is not able to be updated - sorry.

• Can I return orders I use Club Monterosso exclusive promotions on? +

  Orders using a discount code are still eligible for a return, as long as the items are not from our Sale category. Click here to view our Returns Policy. Please note, refunds/purchased store credits will usually be returned first, but where necessary, respective loyalty points will automatically be reversed within your VRG GRL Rewards account.

• I received a code on the app, why can’t I see it online? +

  When you claim a loyalty reward on the VRG GRL app, the app automatically generates a code that gets added to your app cart - this will remain in your app cart as an unclaimed offer.
  Unfortunately this discount won’t automatically appear in your cart via our website. So you’ll either need to continue your purchase with the stored code on the VRG GRL App, or copy the unique discount code to enter manually into the checkout on our website.

• Help! I lost my voucher details.+

  Oh please don't worry - outstanding vouchers are usually saved automatically within checkout for you to select on your next order, and the discount code itself is also recorded here on our rewards page under the 'reward history' section if you ever need to locate it.
  Please note the special circumstances surrounding app claimed codes in the section above.

• Is Club Monterosso worldwide?+

  Absolutely! Anyone can join the loyalty program and receive the Club Monterosso perks. Redemption of vouchers is restricted to countries where we offer shipping.
  Please note, all $ values are represented in Australian Dollars (AUD).
