For New Zealand-based contemporary artist Ryder Jones, creativity doesn’t keep office hours. His practice is instinctive and tactile, shaped by the natural world and a way of noticing the details most people walk past.
There was something in Ryder’s approach that connected with ours.
An instinct to follow an idea rather than a formula and see where it leads.
