BRISBANE - RETURN DROP OFF
We offer free returns drop off at our Brisbane Distribution Centre
Drop off hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please lodge your return through our returns portals above and select 'drop off' as the return option.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.
Please ensure you have your order number, email and name attached to the return.
If the item is returned out of the return policy time frame, the return will not be accepted. A staff member will check your return is within the valid return time.
RETURN IN STORE
Purchases made in-store or online can be returned in-store with the help of our store team. You will need to provide your full name and order number for purchases made online. You will need your receipt if it was an in-store purchase. If you don't have a copy of your receipt, you can find this in your VRG GRL account.
