The When In Italy Dress is cut from stretch fabric that skims the body with a fluid drape, lined for comfort but still carrying a hint of sheerness. A halter neck, open back, and minimal bodice put skin in the spotlight, anchored by a stretchy waist for comfort. In black, it’s all ease, with just the right edge.
