Promotional Terms

• VRG GRL Society is VRG GRL's Loyalty Program.
• The program is free to join. You can join here.
• By subscribing to VRG GRL Society you are agreeing to VRG GRL’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 
• By creating a VRG GRL account, you are automatically enrolled into the VRG GRL Society Loyalty Program. 
• It is recommended to subscribe to email marketing so VRG GRL can notify you about VRG GRL Society benefits, however subscription is not necessary for joining. 
• VRG GRL Society benefits are available to all users where we offer shipping.
• There is no minimum spend to collect points.
• All VRG GRL Society customers will receive 1 point for every $1 AUD spent. 
• Points accumulation and annual spend (which determine Tier status) are calculated only on the portion of the order total paid directly by the customer. Amounts paid using a Gift Card, voucher, store credit, discount code, as well as shipping and additional taxes, are excluded.
• All dollar amounts shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For customers transacting in other currencies, spend will be converted to AUD based on the exchange rate at the time of transaction, as determined by our payment processing system. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate and may affect the AUD value of your spend for the purposes of earning rewards, benefits, or points.
• Minimum spends and expiry dates apply to voucher benefits. Please see ‘points redemption’ terms and conditions below. 
• Loyalty points will expire 365 days from the date the points were earned, unless claimed prior. 
• Tier levels are determined by your rolling annual spend, as outlined on our Loyalty page. If your annual spend over the 365-day period falls below the threshold for your current tier, you will be moved to the tier that corresponds with your updated annual spend.
• If you make any returns, your annual spend will be recalculated, which may impact your tier eligibility and lead to a downgraded tier. Tiers will only be downgraded by one tier, regardless of the annual spend requirements  for this respective tier. 
• The annual spend amount is not calculated based on the calendar year. Annual spend is based on a dynamic 12-month period which starts when a customer first reaches a certain tier.
• Annual spend and order totals exclude the cost of shipping and taxes. 
• If your tier is downgraded, you are not eligible to receive the Tier Welcome Points or Welcome Voucher. This benefit is for new customers entering a tier only. 
• Early access to new launches and select sales is at VRG GRL’s discretion. Early access may not be offered for every event, and the timing and availability of early access can vary.
• VRG GRL reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate or cancel the VRG GRL Society Loyalty Program and associated discounts or promotions at any time, without prior notice.

• New customers who sign up to VRG GRL Society and are subscribed to receive email marketing are eligible to receive a $10AUD Welcome Voucher. 
• The Welcome Voucher will usually be emailed to eligible customers within a few minutes of signing up, but on occasion, delays may occur. 
• Welcome Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the original date of issue, as displayed in the Welcome Voucher email/s. The voucher expiry is not able to be extended. 
• A minimum spend of $50 AUD applies to use this voucher. 
• Voucher is only available for new VRG GRL Society members. 
• Customers who have their Tier downgraded to Member Tier are not eligible to receive this benefit. 
• If the voucher is not applied correctly, please contact our Customer Success Team within 1 hour of placing the order and we may be able to cancel your order for you to repurchase using your voucher, subject to Distribution Centre (DC) processing.
• Voucher is valid for one use only. 
• Discount is not valid on gift vouchers or the cost of shipping.
• Discount is not able to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This includes the VRG GRL Society Tier Three 'Free Shipping' benefit.
• No rainchecks; vouchers are not valid on previous purchases. Not redeemable for cash. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all new VRG GRL Society sign-ups and to disqualify any customer who registers under multiple identities or email addresses in an attempt to gain a financial advantage, or who otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions. This includes any conduct deemed to be fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or damaging to the integrity or reputation of VRG GRL.

• There is no minimum spend to collect points.
• All VRG GRL Society customers will receive 1 point for every $1 AUD spent. 
• Loyalty points will expire 365 days from the date the points were earned, unless claimed prior. 
• VRG GRL Society points can be redeemed for vouchers, as per the information on our Loyalty page here. 
• Minimum points required to redeem a voucher is 200 points, which can be redeemed for a $20AUD voucher. 
• Once you redeem points for a voucher, you are not able to request a reversal back for points.  
• All redeemed vouchers will expire 3 months from the original date of issue.
• Minimum spends apply when redeeming vouchers. A $50AUD minimum applies for $20AUD and $30AUD vouchers, a $100AUD minimum applies for vouchers of $50AUD and a $150AUD minimum applies for vouchers of $100AUD. 
• Minimum order values exclude the cost of shipping.
• Points from multiple email addresses may be combined at the discretion of our Customer Success team. To make an enquiry - please contact our team via the contact form here. 
• All vouchers offered are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Points and vouchers must be redeemed during checkout. They are not able to be redeemed retrospectively. 
• Points earned via placing an order will be held for a period of 30 days in a ‘pending’ state. 
• Pending points will appear under the ‘Points History’ section of your VRG GRL Society account once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our Distribution Centre (DC).
• Once the 30 day hold period has passed, points will be automatically added to your points total and can be redeemed for vouchers, as per our Loyalty Program. 
• If an item is returned within the 30 day hold period, any associated reward points will be adjusted accordingly. Reward points will not be awarded for returned purchases.
• If a return is authorised outside of our standard returns policy after the 30 day hold and the points from that purchase have already been spent, the points balance will be recalculated. This can result in a negative point balance.
• If a loyalty voucher has been applied to an order and a partial return is lodged, points used to redeem that voucher will not be returned to the customer. Points will only be reinstated where an eligible order is returned in full. Where a full order return is processed, the points used to redeem the loyalty voucher will be automatically credited back to the customer’s VRG GRL Society account. Any points adjustment will be visible in the ‘Points History’ section of the customer’s VRG GRL Society account.

• As per our benefit tiers, customers in Tier One, Tier Two, and Tier Three qualify to receive a birthday benefit on their nominated date of birth.
• The birthday benefit will be given in the form of a voucher (the voucher amount you receive will be $20AUD, $30AUD or $40AUD depending on your current tier)
• The specific birthday benefit amount you receive per calendar year will depend upon the tier you are in when your birthday email is triggered. This will be calculated 14 days prior to your nominated date of birth.
• Only VRG GRL Society customers in the select tiers who have entered their birth date and are subscribed to receive marketing emails from VRG GRL are able to receive this benefit.
• All members are eligible for one (1) birthday benefit per calendar year. 
• If your birthday is within 15 days from the date you enter this information, you may not automatically receive a voucher via our system. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Success team via the contact form here. 
• Your Birthday Voucher will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your nominated date of birth. 
• Birthday Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the original date of issue, as displayed in the Birthday Voucher email/s. The voucher expiry is not able to be extended. 
• Minimum spends apply when redeeming Birthday Vouchers. A $50AUD minimum applies for $20AUD vouchers, a $60AUD minimum applies for vouchers of $30AUD and a $80AUD minimum applies for vouchers of $40AUD. 
• If the voucher is not applied correctly during checkout, please contact our Customer Success Team within 1 hour of placing the order and we may be able to cancel your order for you to repurchase using your voucher. This is subject to Distribution Centre (DC) processing.
• If your date of birth (day or month is listed incorrectly), you can update this information here. However please note, this benefit is limited to one per calendar year, so any changes may not be reflected until the following year.

• Discount is not able to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This includes the VRG GRL Society Tier Three 'Free Shipping' benefit.

Program Launch - Bonus points

• On the date of the VRG GRL Society launch (10 July 2025), each former Club Monterosso member will automatically receive 50 points. 
• These bonus points will be automatically added to each customer’s account.  
• Bonus points will not be awarded to new VRG GRL Society members. 
• Points can only be redeemed in line with the standard Points Redemption Terms and Conditions. 
• Points expire in conjunction with standard Terms and Conditions. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to change or alter the discount at any point without prior notice.

Tier welcome points

• When a VRG GRL Society customer reaches a new tier (Tier One, Tier Two or Tier Three), they will automatically receive bonus welcome points. 
• The amount of points vary depending on the customer's new Tier level. Please see here for more information. 
• These bonus points will be automatically added to each customer’s account.  
• Customers who have their Tier downgraded are not eligible to receive this benefit.

Complimentary shipping

• Complimentary shipping is currently only available to Tier Two and Tier Three VRG GRL Society customers who are located in The United States and/or Australia. 
• Region is based on the customer's shipping address. 
• Eligible customers must be logged in to receive this benefit. 
• The complimentary shipping benefit will appear as a ‘FREE’ shipping option during checkout. Customers should review the options and select their preferred method of shipping. 
• Complimentary shipping services are; Express Shipping within Australia and DHL Shipping within The United States. 
• This benefit is not able to be applied after your order is placed. Please ensure it is applied prior to finalising your order. No refund or equivalent value will be given if the offer is not redeemed during checkout. 
• Not eligible for previous orders. 
• Offer not redeemable for cash or credit. 
• Offer is for eligible VRG GRL Society members only, and is not able to be transferred or used by others. 
• Offer is not valid in conjunction with most discount codes. Please refer to your specific discount codes Terms and Conditions.
• VRG GRL reserves the right to cancel the offer at any point, without prior notice. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to change or alter the discount at any point without prior notice.

Priority Dispatch

• Priority dispatch is limited to Tier Three customers only. 
• The VRG GRL Distribution Centre (DC) will run dedicated pick runs daily for this tier, to ensure Tier Three customers orders ship out as a priority. 
• Priority dispatch is considered complete once the parcel leaves the VRG GRL DC. VRG GRL does not guarantee delivery timeframes post-dispatch, as shipping durations are determined by the third-party postal or courier services. 
• We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages incurred during transit.
• Priority dispatch may not apply during public holidays, warehouse closures, or during periods of high order volume (e.g. sale events).
• Orders placed after 1pm AEST on regular business days may be processed on the following business day. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to cancel the offer at any point, without prior notice. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to change or alter the benefit at any point without prior notice.

Insider access to monthly lookbook

• Insider access to a monthly lookbook is limited to Tier Three customers only. 
• Only Tier Three customers who are subscribed to receive marketing emails from VRG GRL will be able to receive this benefit.
• Lookbook release timing may vary slightly month to month and is at VRG GRL’s discretion.
• While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the styles and information presented in the lookbook are subject to change without notice and may not reflect final product offerings.
• VRG GRL is not responsible for delayed, missed, or undelivered emails due to user settings, unsubscribing, or email provider issues.
• This benefit is non-transferable and exclusive to the email address associated with the Tier Three account.
• VRG GRL reserves the right to cancel the benefit at any point, without prior notice. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to change or alter the benefit at any point without prior notice.

VRG GRL SYDNEY LUNCH EVENT - 15.04.2026

• The event will commence at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 15 April and conclude at 3:00pm AEST on Wednesday 15 April. 
• The event will be held at Shell House Sydney in The Dining Room. Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. 
• Each attendee can expect:

- A set menu lunch. All dietary requirements must be provided at the time of RSVP. The venue reserves the right to decline requests not submitted in advance. While every reasonable effort will be made, accommodation of all dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed.
- A selection of drinks from the set menu.
- One gifted VRG GRL outfit from our upcoming April collection, including express shipping (see terms below).  

• Attendance is by invitation only and is limited to VRG GRL Society Tier Three customers located in New South Wales (where this information has been made available to us). The event is strictly capped at 65 attendees.
• Entry to the event is strictly limited to invited customers who have successfully RSVP’d. Plus ones, additional guests, babies and children are not able to be accommodated. 
• Invitees must not share the event sign-up form. Any breach of this condition may result in a warning and, in serious cases, the cancellation of any associated invitations
• We reserve the right to cancel any RSVPs submitted by non-invited individuals. Where this occurs, VRG GRL may contact and remove the individual from the guest list.
• By RSVPing to attend the event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed and acknowledge that such content may be used by VRG GRL for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media. By attending, you also agree to VRG GRL’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Guests are expected to wear their gifted VRG GRL outfit to the event. 
• Once RSVP’s close, all confirmed attendees will be emailed/text messaged a password protected collection page showing all available styles from our upcoming April collection. This page is not to be shared with any other individual, and additional items cannot be purchased through this page, or within the same order.
• Each guest may select one outfit from the following combinations (maximum of two items):  
• One dress
• One dress paired with a jacket 
• One dress paired with bottoms 
• One top paired with bottoms 
• The chosen piece/s must align with the combinations listed above. If a selection falls outside of these options, we reserve the right to adjust accordingly. Our team may adjust your selection or be in touch to discuss.
• Only the eligible outfit is to be added to this order, discount will be applied automatically to cover the cost of the chosen outfit and the cost of shipping. No other items are to be included in this order, and should be purchased separately in a new order.
• All styles are subject to availability and will be removed from the collection page once sold out. 
• Outfit selection must be made online by Monday 6 April 2026. If an eligible outfit isn’t selected within this timeframe, we will do our best to contact you; however, alternative arrangements may be made if needed, including selecting a default item on your behalf.
• If any terms or conditions are broken, we reserve the right to take corrective action, including but not limited to order cancellation, adjustment of gifted items, or revocation of event access.
• If you RSVP and are subsequently unable to attend, please notify the VRG GRL team as soon as possible by emailing marketing@vrggrl.com so your RSVP can be updated.
• Should you require a return or exchange of your selected outfit, please contact our team at marketing@vrggrl.com. If the event date is approaching, alternative arrangements may be offered where available, including collection from our Warringah Mall store.
• VRG GRL reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. 
• VRG GRL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
• VRG GRL is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings incurred at the event, to the extent permitted by law.
