You can dress up and down as it has the structure and weight. I am 155cm and size 4 suits me - not too short ! :)

Great shift dress! It has structure and looks amazing on! I normally wear a size 6-8 in VRG GRL and normally a size 8 in shift dresses. I bought the size 8 which looks fantastic but a size 6 would have worked well also! LOVE!
