We launched our refreshed loyalty program, VRG GRL SOCIETY. To celebrate, we surprised some of our top-tier members with something sweet, because these moments are better shared.
From the early days to everything you see now, she’s been right there with us. Our Brand Manager just celebrated 9 years at VRG GRL: a creative force, a true OG, and still going strong.

At VRG GRL, we’re committed to reducing waste. Our annual Sample Sale in Brisbane gives pieces a second life, with any remaining styles donated to charity. We loved seeing so many customers attend and the day was made even better by local businesses — Nodo, DRZLE, Sol Cleanse, and Bobby, who provided treats and drinks on the day.

Another month, another dinner party. We held an intimate evening at Neptune’s Grotto to celebrate our latest edit with Jess P. The night was filled with good company, style and food.

At VRG GRL, we’re proud to empower our team to give back - offering 20 hours of paid volunteer leave each year to support causes that matter to them. It’s our way of making time for what’s really important to us - purpose, connection, and community.
To celebrate the launch of our May Collection, we flew to NYC to host an intimate dinner party. The loft space was transformed in signature VRG GRL style, undone yet refined, with every detail curated to reflect our ethos of Never Be Boring.

At VRG GRL, we’re proud to support women through every stage of motherhood. We’ve introduced two new initiatives for the incredible women behind our brand. This includes 14 weeks of paid parental leave at full pay, plus superannuation, and additional leave for IVF, fertility treatments, pregnancy-related appointments, miscarriage recovery, and caring for a sick child.

As we move closer to achieving our B Corp Certification, our dedicated Responsibility Officer, Issy, has been working hard behind the scenes on our Impact Report.

Our VRG GRL team is always growing, and we’re proud to introduce our new internship program. Eloise, a valued member of our DC team, has just wrapped up her internship in Social Media here at our HQ. She has an amazing future ahead, and we’re so excited to be part of this journey with her.
