Influencer Coordinator

You will drive the global influencer strategy for the brand, executing the influencer strategy and managing day to day influencer relations. You will look for new opportunities to partner with people, brands or products to help drive the business goals, including acquiring new customers and driving revenue.



  • Assist in developing and manage the execution of the influencer strategy to grow our global footprint and brand awareness - focussing on both content creation and discovering new audiences
  • Constantly source new talent who align with the brand - both paid and unpaid
  • Develop the influencer contracts, ensuring we are constantly improving contracts and deadlines are met
  • Manage the influencer budget - ensuring budgets are met each month and spend is optimised to maximise performance 
  • Drive influencer relationships so we are known as easy to work with 
  • Liaise with the broader marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels 
  • Have a solid understanding of our customer and always be across what’s on trend and who she is aspiring to
  • Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs
  • Look for opportunities to increase efficiencies of the influencer program to find time and cost savings, including influencer marketing tools
  • Be at the forefront of influencer marketing for VRG GRL, staying on top of trends, channel algorithms and platforms, legalities as well as trends in the influencer community 
  • Work alongside external PR agencies on influencer related projects, organising deliverables and project administration.

Junior Designer

VRG GRL is looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing in-house design team. This role requires you to help create innovative designs that align with the VRG GRL core customer profiles. You will collaborate with marketing and styling teams to ensure the vision for our exclusive products is brought to fruition.


  • Research and present mood boards, colour palettes, upcoming forecasted trends and exclusive designs and concepts for future collections
  • Brief and assist garment techs where needed on weekly design specification packs with CAD illustrations, fabric details and measurements
  • Create exclusive prints and source new fabric bases and trims
  • Attend fit sessions, to ensure designs are communicated clearly
  • Work closely with other design team members, Production Team and Creative Director 
  • Negotiate costs with the factories to ensure the price structure is aligned with VRG GRL product
  • Follow up and track samples, trims and prints to ensure all deadlines are met 
  • Assist in developing capsule ranges and influencer collections


  • Creative, open minded and adaptable to change
  • Good garment technical knowledge
  • Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience in designing garments and prints in a fast paced environment
  • Detail focused, highly organised and can work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of producing garments that are of high quality
  • 1-2+ years experience in the industry with a degree or similar in Fashion and Design

  • Provide our customers with a fast and reliable service by ensuring all orders are shipped within our KPI targets
  • Follow picking and dispatching processes to ensure accurate fulfilment 
  • Process returns as quickly and thoroughly as possible and ensure damaged, worn or unsaleable returns are not processed



  • Understanding and operating our WMS 
  • Picking orders without error  to ensure customers receive the correct items in the right colour/style and size.
  • Despatching orders and printing shipping labels, meeting pickup target KPI’s
  • Restocking and cleaning the shipstation and keeping the Distribution Centre in a clean and organised state
  • Stock replenishment and general inventory management tasks

Receiving / Goods In

  • Unpacking stock and marking of purchase orders
  • Counting / Scanning items into WMS
  • Scanning items into locations
  • Tagging products following our product tagging guidelines
  • Clean and consolidate inventory when needed.
  • Carry out stock-take when needed.
  • Replenish stock to pick zones daily


  • Check garments for faults or any signs it’s been worn.
  • Process return or issue gift certificate and email customer from template.
  • Add inventory back into WMS
  • If you receive any replies from customers not satisfied with the outcome of their return - Escalate to the customer service team.
