I'm a true size 10 and ordered a size 10 in this but it's very tight around my chest (12D chest). I would definitely need to size up to a size 12 to wear it comfortably. I find this with a lot of VRG girl tops, they are designed for small chested women. Also, I'm 170cm and the dress is very short, it hardly covers my bum. It's a cute summer dress but runs small.
