The Elka Skirt is cut from 100% cotton in a black stripe and fully lined for structure and comfort. It’s designed with an elastic waist and a relaxed fall that makes it easy to wear on repeat. Pair it with the matching top for a set, or keep it simple and let the stripes do the talking.
