I ordered both size 10 and 12. The 10 worked without a cami underneath but the size12 was longer and looser. The belt works if you thred it through once and then reverse and weave back through the buckle! I’m 5’4 , 116 lbs and 34D!

I did love this vest however it is a little low cut and the belt does not stay in place unless you knot it.
